A site visit of Old Bungalow #01, Residential Colony, LRH Peshawar was made to assess the existing condition of the building, the assessment indicates the loss of concrete cover in the slab (diminishing the concrete-steel bond), and certain cracks in the walls. To ensure the safety of the occupants, certain strengthening and retrofitting techniques were recommended.

A visit made to Multi Lake Tower Islamabad to carry out a comprehensive Structural Health Assessment of the structure. Multi Lake Tower is a prominent 16-story high-rise building situated in Multi Gardens B-17, Islamabad. Several Destructive and Non-Destructive Tests were performed to assess the actual concrete compressive strength. Also actual Rebars Spacing were checked with Structural Drawings. After careful analysis, it was discovered that the building’s concrete strength was lower than what was specified in the structural drawings, making it susceptible to damage in the event of an earthquake. To ensure the safety of the occupants, retrofitting of the columns and slabs was recommended.
